At Earth Elegance Landscape Designs, our design process is collaborative and structured in phases. We begin by understanding your lifestyle, needs, and goals, then translate these into a tailored design. Throughout each phase, we maintain regular communication and provide progress updates through scheduled meetings.
After finalizing the designs, we partner with experienced landscapers to implement your project. We can also conduct site inspections throughout construction to ensure the work meets our specifications and to support a smooth process for you.

The initial consultation allows us to understand your vision for the garden and its relationship with the surrounding environment. The design process begins with a site visit and consultation to understand your goals and assess the existing space. Following this, a written brief is sent to you, which outlines the fee structure, design process, and a comprehensive summary of your goals for the space.

The next step is to conduct a topographical survey and analyze the site and soil. This process documents the site layout, elevations, utilities, and growing conditions. During this phase, we provide moodboards and concept designs in both 2D and 3D to illustrate the overall concept. The primary focus at this stage is on the layout rather than specific details.

Once the concept design is approved, these drawings are then refined and the layout is developed into a comprehensive masterplan. They propose material palettes, spatial arrangements, locations, and a planting palette that defines the overall character. 3D imagery is also further developed to convey a realistic sense of space.

After masterplan approval, technical drawings are prepared. These include setting out plans, lighting locations, level plans, cross sections, and any details required for architect or structural engineer approval.

The planting plan details the locations of all proposed plants and includes a schedule specifying names, sizes, and quantities for costing, ordering, and placement. We also provide a plant moodboard to illustrate the intended aesthetic, along with a maintenance schedule.

We then assemble the tender package, and it is sent out to contractors for quotes. You may select from our trusted contractors or use your preferred contractor. During construction, we offer regular site visits to monitor progress, address changes, and ensure the project follows the plans. The frequency of these visits is flexible, ranging from a single visit at the start and end of the build to weekly minuted meetings. Once construction is complete, we set out the plants.
